The services are provided exclusively for professional and personal purposes, in accordance with the technical documentation available on the platform.

User Rights and Obligations

The user undertakes to use the platform in accordance with applicable legislation, not to upload content that infringes copyright or is illegal, and to maintain the confidentiality of login credentials. Any violation may result in immediate suspension of access.

Liability of the Parties

ampyfy assumes no liability for indirect losses or damages caused by improper use of the software tools. The platform is provided "as is," without implied warranties regarding uninterrupted operation or the absence of technical errors. The total liability of ampyfy is limited to the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months.

Limitation of Liability for Generated Content

The user is solely responsible for the audio content processed through the platform. ampyfy does not monitor or take responsibility for content uploaded, edited, or distributed by users. We recommend verifying compliance with streaming platform standards before publication.

Termination of Use

ampyfy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform in the event of repeated violations of the terms of use, without prior notice. The user may request the deletion of their account and associated data at any time by contacting the support team at info@ampyfy.com.

Modification of Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Users will be informed 30 days before the changes take effect, via email or a notification on the platform. Continued use after the update implies acceptance of the new terms.
